Located on 25 acres in West Knoxville, Fairways and Greens is the South’s premier golf practice, instructional, club fitting, social gathering and entertainment facility. The center operates year-round as a membership-based facility. However, out of town guests are welcome for a daily fee. We also welcome the general public (non-members) for golf lessons, club fitting and use of our fantastic Trackman Range.

How much does a membership cost?
A membership at Fairways and Greens is packed full of value. Our rates vary, based on different membership factors to meet your golfing needs.
Do you rent clubs?
We rent clubs for Toptracer.
How much does it cost to use a Trackman Simulator?
Trackman simulator hourly rentals vary depending on both membership status and package. The pricing is $60 per hour for non-members, $40 per hour for Birdie Members, and $25 per hour for Eagle Members. Double Eagle members can use the Trackman simulator 1 hour a day complementary.
Are there time limits on using the tee boxes?
No, once you sign in you can practice as long as you like.
How does the outdoor Trackman Range technology work?
All members, regardless of membership type, have usage privileges to the outdoor Trackman technology through a mobile app or individual monitor screens.
Are you open year-round?
Yes! And during inclement weather we have a 10,000 square foot indoor facility, along with heated and covered tees outside.
Is group instruction available for members with non-member friends/family?
Our instructors love working with groups, and they have several options available depending on your needs and group size.

Can members bring guests?
Members do have guest privileges.
This place is amazing. There is nothing you can ask more from this place. They have everything from inside golf putting areas and nets to swing into and a decent gym to outside areas with grass and covered turf that also have heaters. Even a three hole par 3 practice course. The golf fitter Dave was great. Got fitted for irons and could not be more happy; he does not care about you spending millions but would rather have you get the best clubs that work for you. Best value you will ever get, guaranteed.

I have enjoyed the staff and complex. Great place to improve your game or just meet others and practice. I have had 2 lessons one with Jake reeves and one with Byron Williams. I was a slicer on my bad strokes and my last session with Byron we realized just a couple of minor adjustments and I went out the next day and shaved 20 strokes off my game by not slicing it.
